DAY-2 : Safari in Kanha National Park

In this day, we will do morning and evening safari drives are forest of Kanha tiger reserve. It is spread over Satpura range with majority of Sal tree forest. In past, it was divided in two river valley forest i.e. Halon river valley and Banjar river valley. During safari drive we may see the Banjar river but Halon river will remain invisible as that forest area falls in non-tourism zone. During safari drive, we will experience that forest is very well irrigated by nature and Sal trees make this forest evergreen which makes summer safaris more enjoyable & photogenic. Duration of morning safari drive is more than evening or afternoon safari drive thus we can do more safari experiments like trying different areas, wait more at one point for predicted sighting, in morning drive. Overnight at resort in Kanha national park.

DAY-3 : Safari in Kanha National Park

In this day, we will continue or safari exploration at Kanha national park. On the basis of yesterday's safari experience, we will plan our today's movements, try those areas where sighting took place yesterday and also try new areas also. Here we can photograph big mammal species like tiger, sloth bear, indian gaur, barasingha, sambar, spotted deer, indian langur etc. They are frequently seen so will do lot of photography. Throughout the safari, hope and patience should be observed as jungle life moves as per own convenience, not as per our wish. Many time we will have tiger sighting but not suitable for photograph so as per situation we have to remain ready for videography and photography. Overnight at resort in Kanha national park.

DAY-4 : Kanha to Bandhavgarh transfer

Do morning safari at Kanha national park and then drive to Bandhavgarh. This will be our last Kanha safari of tour package thus we will concentrate to photograph those animals and birds which are seen but overlooked by us for sake to tiger tracking. Also we will photograph the important safari areas of park which are popular among tourists like waterholes, patrol camps, trees with vultures, scenic safari trails, meadow areas, enclosures, grass management process, fire-lines, rivulets, baby deer etc. In afternoon, we will start our journey towards Bandhavgarh. This will be in north-east direction drive with villages, hilly terrains, small townships and forest lands. In this journey we will pass through rocky plateau areas known for dinosaur period fossils. This will be 5-6 hrs long drive. Thus enjoy the journey. On reaching Bandhavgarh just relax, do next morning safari preparation and go to bed early for next day early morning safari drive. On background our Bandhavgarh team will do your safari arrangements for coming days. Overnight at resort in Bandhavgarh.

DAY-5 : Safari in Bandhavgarh National Park

For this morning, our safari drives will start for Bandhavgarh national park. In this safari session, we will do extensive safari for tigers in morning & evening slots. At Bandhavgarh, we will concentrate more on tigers because here we will not get that much wildlife variety that we had experienced in Kanha national park still we will photograph other animals, birds and some ancient human establishment sites like rock-cut caves, shelter house, statues etc. This forest is spread over Vindhya mountain range which is different from Satpura range of Kanha tiger reserve. Thus we will notice some variation in vegetation and animals. Bandhavgarh forest is more of mixed forest with good presence of bamboo forest and sal tree concentrations. Here popular safari zones are Tala zone, Magadhi zone and Khitauli zone. We will try to cover all of them. Overnight at resort in Bandhavgarh.

DAY-6 : Safari in Bandhavgarh National Park

Do morning and evening safari drives. Bandhavgarh safari zones offer different landscape experience like Tala zone is more hilly with better availability of water sources thus more green, even in summers. Where as Magadhi and Khitauli zones are more plain with bamboo forest and water sources are limited thus seems little bit dry. Khitoli zone forest seems more rocky than other zones. Still tigers have good presence in all these zones. Overnight at resort in Bandhavgarh.
