Sanjay Dubri tiger reserve is located in eastern end of Madhya Pradesh state in India. At the Central India, it lies in Sidhi district. Till year 2000, Sanjay Dubri tiger reserve area was very large but later due to division of Madhya Pradesh state, a large part of its forest area became part of Chattisgarh state and get renamed as Guru Ghasidas national park. It lies in just 100 km north-east of Bandhavgarh tiger reserve thus we can notice frequent movements of tourists in between these two tiger reserves. It is very well connected by train option where as airports are at distance thus tourists give more importance to train journey and flight journey demands long road journey from airport to national park. Here road conditions are good with average traffic condition thus further transfers from airports or railway station to resorts in near national park entry gates are comfortable.
