Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Nagpur - Pench national park (110 km)

On arrival at Nagpur airport or railway station, drive to Pench national park. Here we will relax at our pre-booked resort, This will allow us time to visit our resort campus, enjoy the hotel stay with offered amenities and services. Here we have considered our stay at resort, located near Touria safari gate. Pench national park have different safari gates thus hotels are also located nearby these gates due to which we should must know where is our hotel location. We deliberately choose this location as it offers more safari zone options due to which our guest will get experience of covering different safari zones in same tour. This will enhance our probability to witness different locations, good chance to see different mammal and bird species scattered over different locations. Hotel location plays important role on overall safari experience.

Day 02: Morning & Afternoon Jeep Safaris

On this day we will undertake morning and afternoon jeep safari drives. It is the best way to explore the natural beauty of Pench tiger reserve, along with trained safari guide and driver. Here safari vehicle will do pickup from our resort and drop back to our resort. During all our safari drives, we need to carry our identity document, for verification purpose. In addition to this, we need to carry our own water bottles (provided by resort), cap, sunglasses, good camera etc. Now a day, due to restriction of mobile phones, we should must bring our own camera to capture safari moments. Here we will have high probability to find mammals and birds, at their natural habitat. Some of the commonly seen animals are like Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Nilgai, Tiger, Leopard, Grey Langur, Barking Deer, Indian Gaur etc. In addition to this animals like Sloth Beer, Wild Dogs are also present but their sighting is occasional.

Day 03: Morning & Afternoon Jeep Safaris

On this day, we will continue our jeep safari explorations. This forest has its name derived from Pench river which flows through this forest. It is also associated with famous Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book. It is believed that a jungle boy character in this book is derived from a real life incidence, taken place at this forest in which a human child was survived and grown with wolves group and was later captured by human beings. This incidence was mentioned in Willian Henry Sleeman book and from here inspiration for The Jungle Book derived.

Day 04: Pench National Park - Nagpur Departure (110 km)

This will be our last day of tour package thus no hurry for early morning wake up for safaris. Just have relaxed wake up, take morning round of resort and enjoy the surrounding nature. After breakfast, we will drive back to Nagpur airport or railway station, for departure.

Here we have shared some important notes for guests, which are related to the given tour plan.

1. For sake of doing jeep safaris in popular safari zone, we should must confirm the tour in 90-120 days in advance. It is for our own benefit.
2. Due to mobile phone restriction on safari drives, we advice to carry your own camera.
3. Apart from jeep safaris, we may do local village visit, nature walk. Night safaris are not operating.
