Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Jabalpur - Bandhavgarh (04:00 hr)

On arrival at Jabalpur Airport or Railway Station, drive to Bandhavgarh national park. It is a approx. 4:00 hr long journey with scenic hilly views and long drive over rocky plateau with fossils.

Day 02: At Bandhavgarh 

In this day we will do both morning and evening jungle safari drives. Please note that on every Wednesday, evening core zone safari remain closed in Bandhavgarh. So we need to decide our travel dates accordingly. As we all know that doing tiger safari in Bandhavgarh is an amazing experience. Apart from tiger, other safari attractions are mammals like Spotted Deer, Jackal, Sambar, Blue Bull, Wild Boar, Indian Gaur, Sloth Bear etc. If luck will favor, we may find wild elephants in forest area. Here limited safari tickets are offered so please do safari tickets booking in advance (90-120 days in advance). This national park is popular for tiger safari. Here summer is the best time for tiger photography.

Day 03: At Bandhavgarh

On 3rd day of our tour package, we will continue the 2nd day routine. Begin the morning with early morning wakeup, fresh-n-up and check our Id documents, camera equipment, battery status and rush to restaurant area for morning tea/coffee. Collect our pack-breakfast, water bottles and reach our safari vehicle driver. In this day we will do the morning and evening safari drives. In this way, in this day we will complete our jungle safari drives of Bandhavgarh national park. As we will not have any next morning safari drive thus we will take a sound sleep with no worry to wake up early.

Day 04: Bandhavgarh NP - Jabalpur (04:00 hr)

On this day we will wake up slightly late to enjoy the relaxed night sleep. Take a relaxed breakfast and do the necessary preparations for check-out. Just inform the front office team about your check-out timing so that accordingly they will update their records, do the necessary check-out formalities like record check-up for any other additional charges for extra services, check the cab status etc. After morning check-out, drive to Jabalpur city. If you want to do any local souvenir shopping then reserve 30-40 minutes for it and inform the driver. Some shops are available in Tala village. Sometimes hotels also have their own souvenir corner. By afternoon, we can expect to reach Jabalpur city hotel. Just do the city hotel check-in, relax for sometime, take your lunch and give the driver next reporting time. Here you can start your half-day city tour, after taking lunch. As we will visit Bhedaghat so we have to keep in mind that Bhedaghat boating timings are from sunrise to sunset thus we should must reach before sunset and do boating first. After boating, check for ropeway ride (reach before 17:30 hrs). As per time in hand and physical fitness take decision for Yogini temple site. After completion of these activities, immediately drive to Narmada arti point at Gwarighat (Gourighat) point which is approx. 30kms/50min. At evening time, traffic will be more on roads. At Gwarighat we will witness the nicely designed spiritual event of Narmada arti in which a river will be worshipped in a very photogenic mode.

Day 05: Jabalpur - Departure

On this day, as per time in hand, we will decide your activities. If we will have 2-3 hrs in spare, we will do the small city tour, covering more attractions like marks of Colonial Jubbuppore city like ancient administrative buildings of Central Provinces era, city monuments etc. and later drop to Jabalpur airport.

1. For sake of good safari zones, confirm the tour in advance. On late confirmation, we can't expect result oriented safari zones and may have to compromise with buffer safari zones.
2. At Bandhavgarh safari permit cost for Indian and Foreigner tourists varies. Thus here safari cost will vary as per visitors nationality.
3. Bhedaghat boating remains closed from 15June to 15Oct. Here local management time decides the boating management.
