Important points to note:

After going through above information, we will still have some queries and confusions. We have tried to list them and share the clarification as per best of our knowledge.

  1. All the meal items will be decided by hotel management team only. We have no control over it. We can only specify our meal preference, rest is up to hotel team.
  2. If we want any specific meal which is unavalable in the menu list then we can request the restaurant team. Such out of menu request may or may not be entertained. Such different meals are normally charged separately and payable by guest only thus during request placecment, it is duty of guest to check if it will be charged or not and if charged then how much it will cost.
  3. If we book the room in APAI plan and miss the first lunch or dinner then we may take it on last day of our stay. For this, we need to inform the hotel team before check-in so that accordingly they will manage their food preparation and note the adjustment. If not informed, then hotel have the right to deny for it or charge the additional meal, on last day of stay.
  4. If we take any additional meal, not part of booked meal plan, guest need to pay directly to the hotel management and collect its bill.
  5. At hotel restaurant, rules and regulations of hotel management will be supreme. Guest is required to follow these rules.
  6. Hotel management retains the right to charge or not to charge on special service request like taking food at room, taking food beyond restaurant timing etc.
  7. Guest should must inform us if they have any food item allergy or want any specific style of food.
  8. Bush dinner or special setup dinners are chargeagle. It will cost you extra.
